I live in a 3 bed 2 bath townhouse in Mount Claremont. I have three quite independent and healthy cats. Located in the western suburbs about 10 minutes from the beach and the river, It has a modern kitchen and is comfortably furnished. It is connected to the NBN and has Wi Fi. There is a 2 car carport. It is located in a quiet, very friendly cul-de-sac. There is a small low maintenance back garden and a tiny front lawn and a few pot plants all of which require weekly watering.

Pets & farm animals

Three cats just need feeding once a day, they have self serve breakfast. They like their evening meal about 6pm and just have a pouch of cat food each All are house trained and usually well behaved. They do not roam because there is cat netting over the back yard and they are not allowed out the front. They have a cat door from the inside to the outside so there is no need for litter boxes. They like cuddles especially the old one and Mica. Their names are Mittens, Minty and Mica , Minty prefers to be independent.

House Tasks

Water the garden, collect mail. put out garbage bins once a week.
