I have a one bedroom Unit in North Sydney - its a beautiful location that has view of the Anderson Bay. I have 2 pet cats ( aged 10 and 6 ) that will need to be looked after while I am away - essentially feeding them and making sure the litter box is clean. The older cat (Syd) takes a bit of a time to warm up to new ppl but Byron will befriend anyone :-) The Neighborhood is nice and easily accessible to public transport. We has a bus-stop that goes to the city and both Milson's Point and North Sydney stations are within walking distance.
The apartment is a no smoking apartment ( strata does not want smoking in the balcony either).
