We have a freshly renovated Hamptons style highset home in the lovely Bayside suburb of Ormiston - just down the road from Raby Bay and Cleveland. Fully fenced with all the mod cons. Reverse cycle aircon. Purpose built dog bath and laundry downstairs. Out home is adjacent to beautiful bushland with walking trails, flowing creek, lovely gardens, home gym.

Pets & farm animals

We have two absolutely gorgeous furbies, SpareDog (there is a story to his name) is a 5 year old male Cavalier King Charles cross and Lahti is a 3 year old purebred Jack Russell. These two are absolutely bonded and both rescue dogs - we all became a family when Lahti was 6 months old. They are the most affectionate fur-bubbas you could have. They do sleep on the bed so which is not an issue for us but might be for you - I hope note. They love their daily walks, cuddles and snuggles. They love their bathtime also and in the winder months do have PJ's. They are indoor/ outdoor dogs and we do have doggie doors. Lahti likes to say hi to all that wander by the house - a friendly little miss - very settled though. I wish they could talk they are so beautiful. These doggies do shed but we do have a robot vacuum we can share with you plus a Dyson. They will require you to give them their schedule tick/flea tablets whilst you are here - but they take them like they are treats.

House Tasks

General cleanliness as you would expect in a home, if possible a mow, and snip but not necessary as we generally vacation around August each year when the grass is a little dormant. Definitely garden maintenance watering and general weeding - most is self caring. I love my plants. We want you to enjoy our home and look after our bubbas not spring clean.
