Cosy 1950's house in West Moonah, just 10-15 minutes drive (7kms) north of the city. 3 generous bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and open living-dining area. The kitchen has a woodfire heater and the living-dining area has a reverse cycle heating & cooling system. There is a self-contained granny flat under the house including a bedroom-living area, bathroom and laundry. The house is situated on a 610sqm sized block, with the back garden fully fenced. Our Springer Spaniel dog, Alby, will need to be taken care of during this time. He is easy company, needing only one walk per day and a feed morning and night. He is highly affectionate and loves lots of cuddles, but is happy to be left at home for the day if you're out and about. Please note that the attached images are from when we purchased the property - we are currently undergoing some renovations so the house should look improved by August time.
