Home is close to lots of amenities such as Kardinya shopping center, Booragoon shopping, near Fremantle and the beach. Close to freeway only 20 min drive to the city. Train in Fremantle or bus just out front of house. Nice kitchen and 2 courtyards. A fireplace and reverse aircon in bedroom and lounge. Tv and echo pop speaker for music. Guest parking in secure gated parking.

House Tasks

Fill food & water for cats and change litter. Will need plants watered and trash taken out every second Friday. Vacuum with robot vacuum and empty dishwasher if used.
