Montmorency. Leafy green area, quiet street and 5 min. Walk to shops and train station. Comfortable, clean 3 bedroom house with beautiful tropical garden and decked above ground pool. Chlorine in and run filter once a week. Some gardening or none. We can always catch up when we get back. Split heating systems. Too many TV’s. Huge internet data. Basically all the mod cons.

Pets & farm animals

His name is Smoochie. He is fun, adventurous and loves life. We can him the “interactive cat”. Loves to play games WITH YOU. He talks too. Loves to be with people and gets lonely if he’s on his own all the time. But he really isn’t as overly needy as I’m making it sound. He has his own little tucked away sleeping spots. He goes outside but never before say 8:30am. Usually comes home for lunch. May go in and out but we always have him in by 4. He is chipped, neutered and has the coolest tracking device which links to an app on your phone.

House Tasks

Mail, chlorine in pool once a week and run filter. Maybe cut very small patch of grass once! Weeding IF you are up to it but fine if you’re not. Try not to leave a huge mess.
