A comfortable 3 bedroom house. It's a older California bungalow style with all the basics to stay warm and happy. We have a couple of goldfish that need caring for. Other than that it's very low maintenance.
The house is secure with off street parking behind a gate.
The local Essendon North Village cafes, shops, supermarket, parks and tram 59/buses are all within a 10min walk
Easy access to the freeways and the city is a short drive.
