About

We are looking for pet loving sitters to look after our character four bedroom family home on half an acre in Upwey, on the edge of Melbourne's Dandenong Ranges. The house is a short walk to shops, great cafes and train station and a short drive to numerous forest trails (including the Thousand Steps) as well as all the fantastic pubs, cafes and attractions the Dandenong Ranges have to offer.

Sitting in an established garden setting with forest views, our house has four bedrooms with updated ensuites, kitchen with electric Aga, separate dining, lounge, rumpus, secure garage and air conditioning.

Pets & farm animals

Looking for your attention will be Pippa, our seven year old labradoodle who loves human company, and her constant companion, Nelson the schnoodle, a funny little guy. Bayley the cat will keep to herself except at night, when she may like to sleep at your feet, and there are five chickens who roam free range in the backyard and will rely on you to keep them safe from Mr Fox.

House Tasks

Water garden in hot, dry weather. Mow lawns (optional). Bins out once per week. Look after pets including twice daily tending to chickens (let out in the morning, lock up at night).
