We have a 1930's 3 bedroom brick house, new kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and powder room. Reverse cycle heating/cooling in main bedroom, lounge and dining/kitchen rooms. Good internet with netflix.
Home located in Historic Church Hill precint, a 5 min walk to the CBD while the Botanical Gardens is just a short walk away. Hamilton has numerous cafe/restaurants plus Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and Large IGA supermarkets.
We have a 1 yr 4 month old (as of 6/2025) fox terrier boy (Patch) who is very loving and easy to care for, he sleeps in a cage in our bedroom at night and loves walking, however does not like barking dogs.
We love our garden and would appreciate it being watered if required.
Hamilton is surrounded by beautiful country side with waterfalls, beaches and mountains within a 70 minute drive away.
