Hello
My husband and I are going away for 5 weeks from September 12th to October 16th this year.

We will be overseas with our family and we need someone to live in our home and take care of our dog.

My husband and I have a medium/small dog named Molly. (12kg).
Molly is an 11 year old Bordoodle (Border Collie Poodle Cross ) who loves people.

We live in Balnarring Beach, on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Balnarring is a great town with a village feel. It has everything you need including shopping, cafes, bowls club, yacht club, restaurants/pub and a very friendly community.

We have a 4 bedroom house, on a dead end dirt road. It is a beautiful area and we are just 400m from the beach. There are fabulous walks in our area with beautiful sea views and lots of beaches.

The front of the house faces farm land, and most of the houses around us are family holiday homes. So it is very quiet.

The house is modern and comfortable. And there is a studio for anyone that likes crafts, or painting, and enjoys a creative space.

My husband Mark is plumber who loves coffee and I am an artist who loves wine!
We are both semi retired.

As far as the house goes, there will be no gardening required or other outdoor chores. There is a large deck and BBQ overlooking the back yard to enjoy. The garden is mostly native and needs little attention. Nothing that cannot be left for five weeks.

The most important thing for us is Molly.

Molly is very easy going. She is used to going on a medium 30-40 minute walk every day and she is great on a lead. Molly would also be happy just playing fetch for 30 minutes instead of a walk. And if it’s raining Molly loves a couch day.

We have a gum trees in the back yard and Molly loves to bring gum nuts into the house to play with. She also has her own drawer of toys and loves to fetch anything you throw.
