Modern 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, one-level home in treelined street in one of Canberra's oldest suburbs and backing onto reserve at the foot of Mt. Ainslie (great for walks). Close to all amenities, 3 local shopping centres and 4 kms to Canberra City GPO with huge shopping mall, theatres and movies. Very warm north facing house with underfloor heating, double glazed windows, air conditioning and feature stone gas fireplace. All modern European appliances. Our gorgeous dog is a five year old female schnoodle, very healthy and affectionate and loves walks and cuddles.

Pets & farm animals

We have a small miniature female schnoodle named Coco. She is very affectionate and loves company and cuddles. She is used to company most of the time, as we are retired and usually at home but is happy sleeping on our bed when left alone. She is basically an inside dog who sleeps a lot. She has two walks a day of about 1-3kms each and often ball games in the afternoon in the reserve behind. She eats mainly home cooked food which we will leave for her in the freezer. She's a happy little girl and loved to bits.
