My property is a 3 story Town house located in the Westen Suburbs of Perth. Very safe and centrally located suburb very close to Perth CBD and Fremantle. Up the road from UWA. Bus stop just at the front of house. Very close to hospitals. Our vet is located across the road from our house.
Town house has 2 bedrooms and 1 office. Two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, lounge and dining. Underground secure parking. I have no garden just a back patio.
A bit about my dog Zoe:
Zoe is a very placid female Labrador dog. She is 13 years old. Zoe is very low maintenance but as she is now older there are a few things that she needs: she takes tablets with her morning and evening meals. They are swabbed with a bit of peanut butter and she happily eats them hand fed no problem. She has one morning walk a day for no more than 20-25 minutes and a late afternoon/early evening walk up the road for about 10 minutes. She loves cuddles and people. She is very placid and sleeps a lot by day and night. We live in a townhouse in Nedlands WA so there are 2 sets of stairs. She is able to walk up the entry stairs which are uncarpeted but I block them off with a gate so that she doesn’t use them unless we are going out or coming home. There are carpeted stairs to the bedrooms that she uses freely.
