We live in a quiet street in Lemon Tree Passage opposite the water and 1.2 kms down the board walk from the town centre, which houses two coffee shops, marina takeaway, bottle shop, medical centre and pharmacy. Local Coles is 4kms away. We are 40 minutes to the centre of Nelson Bay and Honeysuckle in Newcastle. There are many good walks around the area, and we have a bowling club 5 minutes walk from the house.
Our house is only four years old, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, two lounges in immaculate condition. The block is fully fenced. We have a 5 year old boxer Aila who is very friendly, she loves going on walks and swimming in the water 50 ms from the house. There will be access to a car, tinny, paddle boards and mountain bikes
