Older style single-story 3 bedroom house in Northcote South close to the Westgarth shops, movie theatre and restaurants. Train, tram and bus services within walking distance. The house has modern appliances, ducted heating and Wi-Fi. Our neighbours are very friendly and helpful.

Pets & farm animals

Cats: Pearl is a 16 year old tabby in good health but a fussy eater. Once her initial hesitation is overcome she will quickly bond with a good sitter as has happened in the past. She has a cat door which is locked at night. She has a litter box but rarely uses it.
Harry is a timid, abandoned cat who we have been feeding outside twice a day since June last year. Otherwise we do not see him.

House Tasks

Most importantly to care for the cats. Also mail collection, maintain the house such as watering of plants and putting out the bins.
