About

We have a 2 storey, 5 bedroom ,3 bathroom house on 1 1/2 acres with a pool in Capalaba. We live on a quiet, no through road where all houses are on acreage, so the house is quiet and private. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove top, 2 electric ovens, a wok, a slow cooker and Nespresso coffee machine. Wrap round verandahs provide plenty of spots to relax and grab some sun. There are 2 televisions both with streaming services and multiple living areas. The garden is generally low maintenance as is the house.
The house is a 10 min drive to local shops, 15 min drive to cinema and restaurants, 15 min drive to train station to Brisbane, 30 min drive to Brisbane. There is plenty to do in the area, including a trip to stradbroke Island, walking tracks, and exploring thye bayside parks and beaches.

Pets & farm animals

2 Tonkinese cats Oscar and Bailey. They can be quite solitary especially Bailey who is quite a nervous cat, but the last sitters did win him round. Oscar loves his cuddles. They will demand breakfast as soon as you wake up and magically reappear at 5 pm for dinner. <br />Charlie is very affectionate and will be your constant shadow. He will take you on his favourite walks and you will be his best friend if you throw balls for him.
