Hi, we would welcome enquiries from an experienced dog carer (or carers) who either work from home or are retired who would enjoy a beach side break in Point Lonsdale with 2 blonde bears for 2 weeks in August 2025.

ABOUT THE DOGS:
Marlo is a 14 & a half year old Groodle who is somewhat lame due to arthritis & various sporting injuries!
Despite this she still thinks she is a puppy & needs to be reminded she cannot do what she once did.
She weighs 22 kilos & needs to be picked up & lifted in & out of the car to go on small adventures to the beach for a swim or to the park for a short walk (she cannot walk big distances any longer).
We will leave you our car for this purpose for the duration of your stay.
She also requires twice daily medications - including Gabapentin, Panadol, CBD oil, Meloxicam & her Chinese herbs - but all are easy to administer with tasty cheese.

Barney is a 13 year old Cavoodle who is very low maintenance.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Our house is a recently renovated place with 2 bedrooms, a small study, one bathroom & open plan kitchen & living.
Has all the mod cons & is 800 metres from the beach & has wetlands at the end of our street - great for bird watching.

If you needed to stay a few days either before or after this housesit to fit in with other commitments, we would be amenable to that.
