About

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern 4 year old apartment located on the 4th floor of a secure complex and is approximatley 100 metres from the Maroochy patroled beach.

Fully ducted airconditioning to all rooms with additional ceiling fans. North east facing with large balcony with ocean views. Wi-Fi and multiple streaming services.
The complex has a swimming pool and gym located on the 3rd floor access to levels is via lifts (2).
We have two car spaces in the secured parking basement.
Our Pets, we have two 9 1/2 year old Pugs, Winston male black and Maggie female fawn, both de-sexed. Winston is very loving and loves his walks and Maggie is a very sociable girl.
Winston requires eye drops to his eyes twice a day and a tablet with his meals, Maggie requires a tablet with meals every second day.
Our garden, consists of half a dozen pot plants on the balcony requiring watering once a week.
