Small old rented cottage in Doolbi, near Childers golf course.
Located approximately 50kms from Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Maryborough.
Not 5 star accommodation, but is comfortable, quiet, peaceful and safe. Not a tiny house, just small.
Only has one single bed, almost new. Reverse cycle air conditioner and solar panels for your comfort.
Large 5yo dog and elderly cat will need to be attended too.
Dog is friendly and will probably be your shadow. Certainly would appreciate walks (too fat) and loves a car ride or adventure. Doesn't like crowds.
My landlords elderly cat is timid, not a people cat, so doesn't hang around unless she wants something. Initially you will not see her much, until she decides your okay.
I've a few pot plants on veranda that will need some water.
Off street parking with carport.

Childers is central to:
Hervey Bay for whale watching.
Bundaberg for the rum distillery and Mon Repos turtles.
Maryborough for Mary Poppins.
Walk to golf course.

Collect mail from letterbox
Care for pet animals
No lawnmowing or gardening. I've regular service as needed.
I also have a cleaner for 2 hours a week, which will continue at your mutual convenience.
It's really about looking after my critters.
