My home is approximately 112 years old. It is a weatherboard with 12 foot ceilings. Heating and cooling include 2 x reverse air conditioning units. One big bedroom will be made available with French doors onto deck. Comfortable living area and kitchen. Large block, short walk into town and lovely walks close by, including Wetlands, golf course and race track. I’m a foster Mum to one cat and have approximately 10 chooks which need food and TLC.
