About

We are looking for a a flexible person or couple to house sit our home from about mid September until approx. the end of the year.
We are hoping to find someone who has a small degree of flexibility as we are not exactly sure of our departure or return date. (We anticipate within a couple of weeks of the dates we have entered). Our home is a comfortable, well appointed renovated villa (98% renovated) south of Perth, about 20 mins drive to CBD. Its opposite a park, close to shops and amenities and is quite a safe area. Our home has three bedrooms, a shower-toilet (no bath) and a second toilet. Also a crappy but functional laundry and a nice outdoor deck area. The villa and area is very quiet and very private. The house sitter will have the spare (guest) room.
This will be our third time using house sitters. Last time we had a cat - this time, sadly, there are no pets. The house sit will just involve just keeping the place clean and tidy, and reporting any issues while we are away.

Pets & farm animals

We have no pets. There are many birds around the area and sometimes a family of ducks might wander about.

House Tasks

Nothing in particular - just leave house in same condition as you find it.
We have a messy garden - and happy for someone to maintain or improve but no obligation though.
