Our house is located 13km from our nearest town, 10 minutes from the nearest beach.
You will have access to 2 bedrooms 1 queen bed and 1 single, full kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom and patio.
Plenty off off street parking and starlink internet.
We live on 40 acres our 16 cows roam most of this, we have about 20 sheep currently lambing, 5 border collies, 2 cats (1 outside and 1 inside she is still a kitten. Both have auto waters and feeders)
Approx 30 chickens with auto waters and large feeders so just checking daily when collecting eggs.
1 bird, pond with some koi fish no maintenance just a scoop of food daily, 1 snake in a locked enclosure (nothing required for him if your uncomfortable with reptiles).
We go into town 3 times per week to get produce from woolworths that we feed to the sheep and cows so my ute will be left for this.
The cows may require a bale or 2 during the sit depending on feed in the paddocks during this time so tractor use and attachment changing would be beneficial.
There are no gardens to tend to as we have just put a pool in so fencing etc around the house yard are in the process of being moved.
