We live in a single level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rear unit in Bentleigh East Melbourne on a relatively quiet street with plenty of on Street parking. The house in open plan living, dining and kitchen leading out to a medium secure courtyard with a Euro laundry. The unit has Foxtel, Netflix and good internet coverage. Central heating and reverse cycle air con unit. We are 1km from a major supermaket and Bunnings store and 800m from a delightful strip of local shops (great for a morning coffee), which include a butcher, chemist, post office, take away food shops, a grocer, bottle shop and bakery. We are in reasonable distance to Chadstone, Oakleigh, Clayton and Bentleigh East shopping. We have a garage but it is not available for parking.
Pets & farm animals
We have a much loved 2.5 year old medium male Groodle (Harvey). He is a house door. He has dog dog but will stay inside most of the day when not out on walks. He needs a walk at least once a day (2 a day morning and late afternoon would be ideal). Very ball focused. We have leash free walks close by but would prefer on leash until he gets to know you. Also he has no road sense. A car would be beneficial as some leash free areas are 5-10 minutes away.
House Tasks
A cleaner may attend on a Friday morning but we can liaise and discuss closer to the dates required.
