Modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on 1000m2 with manicured lawns and garden plus inground swimming pool and outdoor entertainment area. Ducted air conditioning, brand new kitchen (under construction) with induction cooktop and dishwasher. This house has all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. There is a garage available for two cars plus an undercover carport to store a small caravan.
Suitable for a couple as there is quite a bit of garden to maintain. Pool will require regular checks to maintain chemical balance and clean skimmer box. We also have a cat that needs to be fed regularly. She is an older female cat that does not seek affection but will seek a pat when she gets used to you.
We are flexible with travel dates (+/- a few days).

House Tasks

Collect mail. Mow lawn and trim edges.
Maintain garden beds and remove fallen branches, leaves and palm fronds.
Sweep, rake and collect fallen branches, twigs and debris from trees in driveway and back yard.
Every 4 weeks check pool water quality with pool supplies shop and add required chemicals/salt to the pool.
