Our large 2 storey home is on the Eastern Shore (Sandford, Tasmania) of Hobart and is privately located on 5 acres. We are looking for a mature person or couple to mind our home and our: 2 cats and 3 goldfish for 7 nights. Our British Short Hair boys are well mannered, mature, and generally sleep all day! Our home has been described as a 'retreat' with a 'calming' atmosphere. It is architectural in design, has a warming winter fire, with a range of living and sleeping options (king and queen beds). We back on to a reserve with direct access from the back gate to easy grade walking trails and a beautiful bay. Birdlife is abundant and wallabies, echidnas, and possums can also be seen. Care for our pot plants and some watering of the garden will be appreciated. A range of local outlets for groceries, cafes, and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive.

Pets & farm animals

Our 2 British Short Hairs are low maintenance. They mostly sleep all day and keep to themselves although one of them will gladly jump into your lap if invited!

House Tasks

Collect mail from our letterbox and water the pot plants if the weather is hot.
