We have a lovely Queenslander with upstairs and downstairs living. Main bedroom and kitchen is upstairs. Downstairs has 2 other bedrooms, a small home gym, TV area, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs deck and downstairs entertaining area with large outdoor kitchen. We also have a pool. It is self-cleaning so does require any looking after.
We are 10 minutes walk to the waterfront, train station and town. Lots of lovely cafes to try for breakfast and/or coffee. We also have a large lagoon 100 metres away. Sandgate is a beautiful town with all the amenities you need and a train station for an easy trip into Brisbane city or Southbank.
We have 2 gorgeous dogs, one is a 5 year old Staffy cross and the other is a 4 year old Staffy. They LOVE people and company. They need to be walked daily and would be better suited to someone that works from home or is retired because they are used to having people around. However, they are fine to be left on their own for the day if necessary. They need to be fed twice a day. They sleep inside in the bedroom with us, however, they are NOT allowed on beds or inside furniture.
