4 bedroom 2 bathroom house one bedroom used as an office. The house is located an 8-minute drive from the beautiful township of Strathalbyn. We have no access to public transport, but there is good public transport available at Mt Barker, approximately a 15-minute drive away. Low maintenance house, except for the mess the dogs make:) we are undertaking some improvements but the house is comfortable, secure and safe. we have tiled floors to all common areas, carpet to bedrooms. 1000m2 block with easy maintenance gardens. The house is supplied by rainwater, has solar power, including a solar-powered hot water heater, and reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning.

Pets & farm animals

2 dogs, A super friendly Rottweiler called Scooter and an equally as friendly American Bulldog called Daisy, always hafe the run of the house and are prone to watning to share the bed all too often LOL. both easy to care for, although Daisy does need to be fed separately from Scooter as she is quite food focused.

House Tasks

Mail is rare, and in Summer mowing should be minimal. We would like the plants watered, the lawn is watered via our waste water system, the water is treated before being discharged. Other than that, just the normal tasks to maintain the house.
