NOTE: I am now committed to leave on 8th October, but my return date of 10 Dec could be extended (not shortened due to commitments in Harden) if it suited the house sitter
Our home:
I have a motorhome and travel now and then - thus the need for a trusted house/pet sitter.
I have an English Pointer (Gracie) who loves the beach, walks and sleeping inside. She is a bit of a sook and loves being around you. On the beach she will find a rock, dig holes and have a great time. I have a spoilt talkative Ragdoll Cat (Venus). She needs a gentle brush/comb on a regular basis to avoid knots. She is happy to sit in the sun on her chair, outside but likes being near you.
Also, four older chooks, sometimes they lay but not often. I feed them a scoop of food daily. The goldfish are outside and only require a few pinches of food every third day to avoid overfeeding.
Plants: I have a wall garden of potted plants which needs watering every four days (approx). The new veggie pods will require water as needed to keep them producing. Small lawn out the back, the usual in the front which will need mowing when required.
Accomodation: The visitor bedrooms are spacious, light and bright with a Queen sized bed. Plenty of fresh linen available. The bathroom is next to the bedrooms.
Location; Approx 3 klms to shopping centre by car. The golf course is at the end of the street. Bermagui has many amazing beaches. Google it to see the beauty. Camel Rock, Horse Head Rock (at Wallaga Lake), Blue Pool, Bruce Steer Pool, Horseshoe Bay are all good swimming spots. Good coffee shops, ice creamery, fresh seafood, restaurants including Boneless which is very popular, hotel & country club. Lots of good vantage spots to watch the whales (in season).
My last house sitters loved being here for two months and fell in love with Gracie & Venus. They were sad to leave.
I have Starlink and I am subscribed to Netflix.

Pets & farm animals

Gracie (English Pointer Dog) likes to be taken on long walks and to the beach as much as possible. She will find a rock and dig holes around it. She gets separation anxiety, she will need a sitter who can spend a lot of time with her.
Venus (Ragdoll Cat) needs to be brushed/combed at regular intervals to avoid knots.
Chooks get fed once per day.
Goldfish only feed every three days to avoid overfeeding.

House Tasks

Wall Garden needs deep watering every four days.
Lawns mowed when necessary.
Vegetable Garden will require water when necessary to keep producing good veggies. Vegepods require a gentle sprinkle daily if topsoil is dry. Don’t overwater.
Weeding of all gardens when needed.
House cleaning as required. Yes, I am a little fussy.
