We have a large contemporary split level house in Ashgrove, about 5 kms from Brisbane City centre. It has a pool and a covered outdoor area with a barbeque.
We have two moodles - Gracie (5 years old) and Poppy (17 months old, with lots of puppy energy! They are house dogs who love human company and daily walks.
There is a guest bedroom downstairs with an ensuite for you to use. The house has an integrated entertainment system (music, tv and several streaming services). There is ducted and zoned air conditioning throughout. The house is equipped with an alarm system and some external cameras for security.
Ashgrove is an area that is very green with lots of parks and a nature reserve. The suburb is well serviced by a shopping area with multiple supermarkets, fruit market, deli etc. There are cafes and many coffee shops. Newmarket is nearby, with cinemas, hotel and more restaurants.
