The Sit

Required to look after about beautiful 9 month old pup Stan. Stan has an excellent recall and is already a fetch master. He loves lots of cuddles and fuss and just loves people (he was hand raised so he thinks he is a person)

The house

3 bed two bath town house in beautiful Williamstown. Master has king bed and ensuite, kids bedrooms have one single bed and bunks. There is also a Murphy bed in the office space downstairs for unexpected guests. We have a small yard and enclosed front yard. House ha hydronic heating full AC and instant hot water. We are less than1 minutes to Willy beach station (about 20 min to southern cross), a 5 minute walk to the beach. Ten minutes to the shops and cafes on Ferguson st/Douglas and the same to Nelson Place. House comes with a carport for off street parking if needed and there is also on street parking available which we have a guest pass for. There are bikes available if required for use the area is super walkable with lists of beautiful outdoor spaces.

Pets & farm animals

House Tasks

Keep the place tidy clean bathrooms and strip and remake beds that have been slept in before you leave respect our home and neighbors. (Nikki & Rob next door are real good people as are Zack and Jenny in the milk bar)
Clean up any dog poo outside. Put bins out on Tuesday night please

No smokers at all not even in the garden!
