About

We have a lovely brick house in Fawkner, with off street parking, good wifi, heating, cooling and all mod cons. We also have a nice big backyard with BBQ and hot tub (will need filter cleaned if you use it). You are welcome to use the master bedroom which has a comfy queen bed. We are close to public transport options and local shops.

We have four lovely low maintenance cats. Two are friendly and like pats, but mainly they like being fed breakfast and dinner on time. Two are so shy you will likely barely see them. The cats are allowed out during the day (so the litter trays don't get too bad) and are locked in at night. We have an automatic cat door that lets them out after 7am and locks them in after 7pm. We have an app that will tell you if the cat is inside or outside.

We have two pet snakes (you don't need to do anything with them other than make sure the water bowl is topped up).

We have a number of indoor plants that will need a drink at some point.

We would want to met a sitter first (either in person or on Teams) and show them the house and make sure all parties are both happy with the set up.

Pets & farm animals

Bento (Black short hair male) The elder cat (12) and boss, friendly and in charge.
Cleopatrix (giant fluffy grey princess, male) Very friendly four year old, appreciates all the pats and attention.
'The Kittens' are sisters, Pandora (medium hair tabby) who likes snacks, but is wary around strangers, more likely to perch high and watch, and Persphone Mittens (tabby with white paws) who is extremely shy around strangers.

House Tasks

Water indoor plants, collect mail if any gets delivered, water garden if its going to be a particularly hot day and there is no rain (unlikely to be required in Melbourne in Spring).
