Hi. Our home is a modern two storey duplex in Mornington on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne. We are close to beaches, wineries, restaurants/cafes and a host of tourist attractions.

We have small low-maintenance garden areas. A little bit of gardening may be needed plus watering of indoor plants.

Our pet dog Bobby (aka Bob) is a healthy 11 y.o. Japanese Spaniel/Jack Russell cross. He loves company and his walks. He also lives with us inside the house.

We will be in Bali/QLD on holiday and need a mature and responsible housesitter(s) to mind the house and keep Bob company etc. This sit would not be suitable for a person who needs to leave the house for long periods, eg to go to work all day. Our dog Bob likes - and needs - a fair amount of company.

Ideally a person working from home or a retiree could fill the role. Having your own car would be desirable but not essential.

Must have references from previous house sits or other sources eg police check etc. If practical we would meet sitters face-to-face ( or Zoom etc) prior to any committment.

The sitter would have their own upstairs guest suite with everything they need - except for cooking which woud be done in the kitchen downstairs. We have unlimited and fast wifi too. We can send you a link to our Airbnb listing which has lots of pics of the house. (Don't worry, no bnb guests will be booked during the house-sit.)
