The property is an older style unit in a small block on the second floor. There is one master size bedroom containing a double bed and desk. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. There is a private balcony off of the living room and an internal laundry.

Located close to Rockdale, Brighton-Le-Sands and Kogarah town. Shops, transport and the beach are walking distance. It is a safe area with street parking available.

Pets & farm animals

Lucille is a 12 year old female blue and cream Burmese cross. She is very affectionate, loves attention and occasionally enjoys play time.

Lu has a minor medical condition that is treated with oral liquid medication twice a day. She's pretty good at taking her meds but you'd need to be comfortable giving them to her.

She has early stage kidney failure so can only eat her prescription diet and has regular injections for arthritis. While she’s getting delicate in her old age she is super easy to care for.

House Tasks
