My house is in Epping about 10 minutes walk from the station and bus stops. From Epping station you can be in Central station in about 25 minutes in an express train.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sun room and big dining room/lounge room .

Epping has a big Coles supermarket and many restaurants and some other facilities.

Pets & farm animals

Lewis, a cavoodle, is very affectionate but lively. He's in the peak health and likes to go for walks. He likes cuddles. He also likes to chase balls especially in the local dog park.
Lilly is a miniature wire haired Dachshund. She has a lovely nature and requires very little grooming.
The one cat, Scout who come in at night but go out in the morning. No special needs for these except food, water and a monthly top spot.
I also have a small water feature with tadpoles and fish that need to be fed and cleaned out occasionally.
