About

Our house is a luxury free standing villa in a gated 5 star over fifties community in Medowie in the heart of the Port Stephens area close to Nelson Bay and surrounds and we are about 2 hours north of Sydney. Our home is fully air-conditioned and has a 75 inch smart TV plus we have hi speed NBN Wi-Fi, Netflix and Foxtel . We have two very friendly and easy to care for animals.
There is a community indoor plus outdoor heated pool plus a library and other clubhouse facilities
We are close to shops, pub and restaurants and public transport is accessible and we are only 50 minutes drive to the hunter vineyards and 25 minutes to local beaches.

Pets & farm animals

We have a very friendly 8 year old Lab dog 'Indie" and she is very gentle and affectionate plus a very shy young cat "Chloe".

House Tasks

Walk the dog twice a day on lead etc feed both animals daily. Keep the house clean and tidy water the garden occasionally plus have a great time living in fantastic surroundings
