Looking for a dog lover who would like to spend Chrismtas with a Mini-Groodle and exploring Sydney.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in Rozelle, NSW. 2 min walk to express buses into Sydney city, taking approx 15 mins door to door.
Lots of beautiful bay walks, parks, cafes, and pubs within walking distance.
Quiet and friendly neighbourhood with loads of character.

I have a 4 year old female mini Groodle, Ginny, who is addicted to human contact and her ball. Ginny is great company, but can easily be left alone at home without issue during the day. Ginny is also ok with fireworks and storms!

I’m looking for a responsible, non-smoker who is happy to take Ginny to the local park once a day for roughly 30-45 mins for a ball throw or walk/run, and to water some indoor plants.

My house has 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom upstairs. Downstairs are two kids bedrooms - 1 double, 1 king single loft bed.

Master bedroom and living room has aircon, kids bedrooms ceiling fans. House has full home filtration, so water is nice and clean and tastes amazing (if you care about that).

Plenty of on-street parking, too.
