About

My home is a recently renovated townhouse, on 2 levels, in a quiet, secure, gated complex. There is a half-sized tennis court and swimming pool right next to my home. It's a quiet complex with lovely neighbours, lots of trees and birds. The courtyard has a patio for you to enjoy time outside. There are many good restaurants in the area, Korean, Lebanese, Turkish, Indian, and some lovely cafes too. There is a laundromat a short drive away if you need access to a dryer. For nature lovers, I highly recommend the Karawatha Forest for walking and wildlife spotting. Public transport is easily accessible too. There is a bus stop outside of the complex, and a railway station nearby.

Pets & farm animals

I have a 7yo cat named Xena. She's a bit shy with new people. But given time and space she will warm up to you. She has no health concerns or daily medications. Xena is not a lap cat. But she is a social girl, and likes to be near and may choose to sit next to you on the couch. She is fed twice a day.
