Our new build architect designed open plan home sits below an original short term rental home that is also offered for further free use tif the sitters wish to extend their stay longer after our return to further enjoy Tasmania for a few weeks more !
The main house is waterfront to the Tamar river
The small retail hub if exeter is just a few kilometres north
A woolworths complex retail hub us some 10 kl south and we are some 20 kl ( 5 traffic lights) some 20 minutes from launceston city centre
Car available for use during first sitting period
Our new Maltese shitzu a cute new addition just 5 months old now
So unable to go to kennel care yet
