We have a 3x1 in a quiet cul de sac of 6 homes in Edgewater WA.We have a pool also and close to everything. Bus 200m, train 900m, 2 big shopping centres 4km, ocean 5km, and have a wonderful lake with path ways full with wildlife including kangaroos just down the hill.
We are looking for someone who can look after one dog and one cat and a couple of fish. The dog is a cross king Charles/ cocker spaniel and a couch potatoe. The cat looks after himself but both sleep on the bed. The only other thing is the garden might need watering now and then depending on reticulation days.
Must be non smokers and respect our place.
