My place is a townhouse in a block of 7 in a great Preston location. Walk to the station (Thornbury or Bell 20 mins) tram (High st 15 minutes) or bus (3minutes) local shops and restaurants. You would be looking after 1 cat - affectionate when he gets to know you and independent. He’s 11. He stays inside most of the time but can roam the netted balcony. He is a gorgeous prince. Split systems for heating and cooling, , bedroom and study to work from home, lots of light, two cafes within 200 metres, close to high st shops and restaurants, supermarkets and Northcote’s aquatic centre.
