Hi,
We are a retired couple and live very close to the city in a comfortable three storey home. You can walk 300m to parklands and it's about 20 minutes walk to the city and the central market. We're going away for a couple of weeks and we're looking for someone to take care of our house and our dog.
The living area is at ground level and there is parking onsite for 3 cars and also plenty on the street.
We have a 4 year old Groodle named Jaffa. She is fun and enjoys walks on lead. The surrounding streets are great but there are also off lead spaces near us.
We have family around if you need assistance in an emergency. There's no garden to speak of so not really any maintenance required. Good wifi. We have two separate studies available if you want to work while you're here.

House Tasks

Please collect mail each day and place it in the kitchen. We have a cleaning lady who will come fortnightly with her week 'on' being the week you arrive. Other than walking Jaffa twice a day (and feeding her twice too!), that's pretty much it. There are several pay TV channels you can access.
