About

We live close to the water in Mosman with lovely views from most rooms in the house. We live in a quiet cul de sac near middle harbour, with a low maintenance lush garden, balinese style with decks, fish pond and a large spa.
We have a 11 year old border collie who needs a lot of love and attention and a walk each day.
we are close to the bus to Wynyard ( stop is 100m away) and the main bus interchange is a 10 min walk away at the spit. We are a 20 min walk to Balmoral beach and 10 mins to shops.

Pets & farm animals

11 year old border collie who is used to having people around a lot of the day. she is very affectionate and loves cuddles. She requires daily medication for Addisons disease. She is quiet and calm and likes a two 30 min walks each day.
