We have a house and cabin on a four acre bush property, partially developed, with no property maintenance or pet sitting duties required. The property consists of a high set, Queenslander style home, the interior of which will be unoccupied and closed for your sit. There's a one bedroom, self contained apartment beneath the elevated home which will be your accommodation for the duration of your stay. The extensive verandas of the elevated home with their fabulous views will be open and available for your use. Also on the property is a self contained cabin approximately 20M from the house which is let periodically as an Airbnb stay. We require sitters that have "hosting" experience or experience in hospitality, that are prepared to service this small cabin as guests leave and make ready for the next booking. We have chosen to be away for the "quiet" month of February to minimise the amount servicing required for the cabin. (These same month this year 2025, attracted a total of just 6 bookings, but there is no way of knowing how many bookings will eventuate until closer to the new year).
The property is situated in a quiet street, four minutes drive to a shopping centre and 6 minutes from Agnes Water main beach. There will likely be a need for us to communicate with you whilst we're away to advise of new guest arrivals etc.. Servicing the cabin is straight forward and usually takes an hour including all required cleaning and "topping up" of supplies. A sheet with all servicing requirements will be available, but it is essential however that our house sitters have experience in either hosting or hospitality. It would also be useful if you could be available for an additional house sit on the same property for approximately 6 weeks in September 2026.
