I live in a 1 bedroom plus study - renovated large older style apartment- in the Melbourne CBD. I will be away overseas for just over 2 months.

I'm looking for a person or couple experienced with looking after cats (I have 2). The cats are 2 and 3 years and don't have any special requirements.
I have offers from friends and neighbours who can pop in to feed them but would prefer someone living in.
I would like my friends and neighbour to only be an emergency back-up or if there are days the sitter cannot be home, but that would only be in exceptional circumstances.
My expectation is the sitter would not be away overnight at all during the period.
My other requirement is to care for the place which isn't too hard.
FYI - there is no parking space in my building.

House Tasks

Collect mail once per week (there isn't much) and keep the place generally clean and tidy.
And of course feed my cats , change litter etc.. in the unlikely event a pet needs to go to the vet I would expect you to take them (at my expense).
