I'm looking for a quiet, non-smoking individual or couple who can be adventurous during the day but prefer to stay in at night.

I have a 12 year old Burmese cat who is extremely friendly & cuddly and needs/loves company during the evening hours. Other than that he is extremely easy to look after and everyone who meets him, falls in love with him.

My place has 2 bedrooms (queen bed each) and one at home office room with 2 monitors if you are needing a work space. 2.5 bathrooms, double car garage (but will probably only fit one car) and covered alfresco deck area. No garden or lawn to maintain. It's approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute stroll to Main Street, Mornington. Lots of wineries and restaurants nearby to enjoy as well.
