We’ll be away for around a month and are looking for someone to care for our home and, more importantly, our two small dogs—Boon and Millie.

Boon is a 10-year-old Bichon-poodle cross with one eye and a very happy, social nature. He loves walks and people time. Millie is a smaller Maltese-poodle cross who is sweet and food-motivated but can be a bit vocal around other dogs (mostly barking). Both require a daily walk and one feed per day.

Boon also takes twice-daily heart medication, which he won’t eat on his own—it needs to be gently pushed down his throat to ensure it’s taken, although we have a device to help with this. We’re registered at a local vet who offers free check-ups if needed while we're away.

We’d love to find someone who can be home most of the time, as that’s what the dogs are used to.

During the stay you can have unlimited access to our wi-fi, the speeds of which are more than sufficient to work, including video calls, and stream content as required.

The house is comfortable, with multiple bedroom options.

Other responsibilities are light—putting bins out weekly, collecting the mail, and watering a couple of plants. We also have regular cleaners and lawn mowing services which we can discuss continuing during the sit.
