Large, light filled, mudbrick home, across from Yarra River. Spacious entertaining areas, looking over surrounding bush. Relatively low maintenance, tiered garden, small basketball court, we feel incredibly lucky to live here.

1 very friendly, 2 year old golden retriever needing daily walks, along nearby river trail or at the local park and lots of cuddles. Will need to collect the mail, water the garden and keep the house in a tidy condition. A reliable and trustworthy person who will care for our Golden is our main priority.

* 200m from bus stop so public transport access to Warrandyte, Eltham and City are easy
* LOTS of stairs- must be able to climb stairs daily.
