We live in a lovely 1930's character filled three bedroom Californian bungalow by the Cooks River, 3 minute walk to city buses: route 412 to Martin Place from Campsie. Cooks River walking and cycleway at our back gate! NOTE: Trains from Canterbury will not be running as line closed for 12 months. Aldi and Woolworths and Pharmacy close by at Canterbury, also cafes and restaurants at Canterbury. Possibly there are bicycles for you to use as well. Plenty of street parking too. NO PETS to look after.
You have your own room with ensuite, that is COVID safe, same with your ensuite. We have a large sunny north facing back deck and herb and veggie gardens, you are welcome to use if you like. Thanks for looking. Garden will need watering most days, pots every day, as it will be summer
