Spacious home in lovely Wellington Point, beautiful location. The property has a lovely big garden, and the house is 2 levels. We have ocean views from the back deck, and access to the water through the mangroves. If it is interest to you we also have set up the house to run pretty much solely on renewable energy with heaps of solar power and a battery. We also have a large dog, Lizzy, who is an outside dog and quite lazy, but loves her daily walks. We would expect a house sitter to keep the house in reasonable order, as well as lovingly care for our dog, who is reasonably low maintenance, but does get scared in storms, so would need to be aware of that.
