Our three-story townhouse is in a private, beautifully landscaped modern development in Camperdown. The layout is spacious. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite, the power room, an open study area and the laundry. On the top floor are 2 further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is a small courtyard garden which looks onto a lovely shared garden - would be good to water the plants in our courtyard area once a week. We are close to a range of buses into the city, and you can walk to both Newtown and Annandale. There is an outdoor pool in the complex you can use. There is a garage in the basement but it will not be able to be used during the stay. There is parking on Australia St.

We have a ginger cat Sebastian (Basty). He is fairly independent but needs to be fed in the morning and night and also needs a little love! He goes outside in the morning but needs to be let in before people leave the house for the day. He has a kitty litter but mostly goes outside. We are looking for someone thoughtful and quiet to look after Basty.
