We live in a 1980s dark brick house that has been partly renovated. We have a spoodle called Charlie and a cat called Phoebe.
The house is fairly big and we have a pool and a garden that is in a terrible state. It’s going to be landscaped early in the new year so it’s just a big weed garden at present.
The house is in an elevated position with some views to the hinterland and to the Gold Coast skyline and sits on a 900sqm block.
We also have tenants that live in the granny flat which is at the front of the property.
